RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How to proceed with the return and/or exchange of goods?

Return and exchange of goods within 14 days of purchase:

1. Place unworn items into original packaging together with the invoice received.

2. Ensure items are placed securely into the packaging to avoid any damage that may be caused during the transit. 

3. Post items to the following address: Bryland Company s.r.o., Na Pomezí 30, Prague 5 - Košíře, 15000, Czech Republic. Do not send items via Cash on Delivery, as this will not be collected by us. We recommend sending the package via “recorded delivery” and “signed for” and insure the package at the price of the content. 

4. If you require an exchange of items, please contact us on info@brylandcompany.com so we can set this up for you. 

Terms and conditions for exchange and return/refund.

1. Items must be returned within 14 days from the collection of the order. 

2. Items must be in original condition, not worn, not damaged, without any make up and other stains and must be suitable for further sale.

3. Items must be packed in its original packaging, and the packaging must not be damaged.

4. Items must not be damaged or devalued in any way.

We recommend to insure the package at the value of its content (please arrange this with your local post office). In an unlikely case of the package being damaged or lost during transit, you will be able to claim the postage cost back with your local post office (if you have correctly insured the package). Please remember to keep hold of the receipt, in case any issues arise. 

How to proceed with returning faulty items? 

Guarantee Claim Process

1. Return any faulty items as soon as any defect or fault is spotted. Any delay in this and continuous use of the item may worsen the defect, consequently devalue the item and this may result in rejection of the claim. 

2. Guarantee period is 24 months and commences on the day customer receives their item.

3. Guarantee period should not be mistaken with a lifespan of clothes. Life expectancy of clothing is subjected to the intensity of active use of clothing, its maintenance and care. 

4. If item received by a customer, in any way differs to that advertised on the website or it does not correspond with the description on the website or there is any type of defect, it is the responsibility of the customer to make the seller aware at their earliest convenience. This can be done via email provided on the website. Please note, this must be done within 5 days of the receipt of the items. 

5. Customer has a right to make a guarantee claim, if upon the receipt of the goods there is a defect on the item received.

6. A defect can be defined as a change in a physical characteristic of a clothing item which is caused by use of unsuitable or low quality material or any other defects caused during the procedure of making the clothing item.

7. Please note, a defect does not include faults that are caused during the guarantee period, if the fault is a result of active use of the item and its consequent change, careless handling or inappropriate maintenance of the item.

8. Guarantee claim will be dealt with within 30 days of the date the seller receives the item. Bryland company reserves the right to extend this period in exceptional circumstances, should this be needed in order to deal with the matter in the most satisfactory way. This extension will be communicated with the customer and must be agreed by both the Bryland company and the customer. 

9. A customer commences the guarantee process on the date the item is returned/sent back to the seller to the following adress: Bryland Company s.r.o., Na Pomezí 30, Prague 5 - Košíře, 15000, Czech Republic.

Guarantee claim procedure: 

1. Place the items carefully into the packaging to avoid further damage. Plastic bags or paper boxes may be suitable to ensure no further damage is caused during transit. In order for us to be able to process the claim.

2. Post your package to: Na Pomezí 30, Prague 5 - Košíře, 15000, Czech Republic. We recommend that you insure the package at the value of its content. 

Do not send items via Cash on Delivery, as this will not be collected by us! 

We recommend sending the package via “recorder delivery” and “signed for” and insure the package at the price of the content. The 30 days period for processing the guarantee claim commences on the date we receive your package. This may be extended following an agreement between the seller and the buyer. We will inform you of all the relevant aspects of the process directly via email or telephone.
